Registration Process

Register and the world is your oyster!

Dynamic Personnel’s registration process is designed to capture all essential information as quickly and thorough as possible. After registration a consultant will be able to advise you on suitable and available teaching jobs abroad.

Each school has its own requirements, therefore an assessment of your teaching experience is necessary. Your qualifications and dependant status are measured up against the requirements and employment packages of Dynamic Personnel’s list of schools that are recruiting.

This process also helps you to prioritise essential documentation, to clarify you expectations and to be considered for a wide range of jobs in one go.

Remember: The more relevant the information you give during registration, the better your chances of Dynamic Personnel finding you the ideal job!

The registration process includes:

  • Registration and submission of Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • CV/resume and registration review: A Dynamic Personnel consultant will evaluate your training and work against the client’s criteria to determine if recruitment can proceed.
  • Telephone screening: The consultant determines what exactly it is that you are looking for and offers guidance on the most suitable regions and schools, keeping your needs in mind.
  • Document collection: You need to supply Dynamic Personnel with a passport, electronic photograph, copies of your teaching certificates and degrees. A recent criminal record check is also obligatory to ensure your suitability for working with children.
  • Matching, interviewing and job offers: Your details are submitted to matching schools and you will receive information about the school and region of interest. Dynamic Personnel arranges a phone, video conference or personal interview, depending on the time of year and the school’s preference. The team can also help you to evaluate multiple offers.
