Dynamic Personnel primarily recruits teachers who are qualified or certified to teach children in a state school in their home country.

The qualifications required differ from country but typically includes a bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, a postgraduate degree or certificate in education or a higher diploma in education. Note that South African teachers with only a higher diploma in education but without a bachelor’s degree will have limited opportunities in some instances.

Teaching requirements in the Middle East for certified teachers

Middle Eastern regions need certified and English language teachers who were trained at college level. The former are teachers whom their home country has certified for teaching in public schools.

 To register with Dynamic Personnel, you must meet the following    requirements:
• Qualified teacher, preferably registered with the teachers council of your home country
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Able to provide two professional teaching references
• Clean criminal record
• Valid passport
